IMPACTS ON THE OVERALL EVALUATION INDEX
|
|
Often there are important differences in the score/impact patterns
between the segments in a survey. This indicates that different actions
should be taken to be successful in different segments.
The score/impact plots make it possible to find such differences by quickly
glancing through all the factors for all the segments that have been defined
in a programme.
Particularly helpful is the version with relative scores and fixed end-points.
