Sometimes it is valuable to know how people have responded to a specific
question. How many "10"? How many "1"? How many "Don't know"?
The VMx software can generate tables on aggregate level with the frequencies for
each rating in the response file. In the simplified example above, the
colour code has been omitted, but the share of "Don't know" responses is to
the far left and the share of "10" is to the far right.
When distributed to client managers, the response file is condensed in such
a way that it only holds the responses that are part of the survey to which
the manager should have access.
